  • Are you prepared for your child’s next IEP meeting?
  • Do you know what education laws will govern your child’s next IEP meeting?
  • Are you aware of all the related services and supplementary aids and services your child may have access to?
  • Are you aware of the appropriate times to exercise your due process rights?
  • Do you know when and if the school is giving you the right information about IEPs, special education, related services, Section 504, and eligibility?
  • Do you know what you need to know about special education so your child is provided a free appropriate education?
  • Do you know about Child Find, LRE, placement, behavior plans, procedural safeguards, assistive technology, Transition, and specialized instruction under IDEA?

If not, then it's the Right Time for you and your support team to work with a Special Educational Needs Consultant for private training and instruction.
